Joe is the head Instructor and founder of LibertyTac Safety & CPR. Joe has worked in public safety and Emergency Medical Services for over a decade, helping thousands of people get through their worst days. After participating in countless “emergencies” Joe noticed something very troubling. The majority of average civilians don’t know what to do when tragedy strikes. Subsequently they freeze-up, shut down and unfortunately add to whatever problem is transpiring at the time. Because of this LibertyTac was founded with one principle in mind: to teach civilians how to Recognize, React and Respond when emergencies happen.

Joe has a true passion to train those who desire to improve themselves through hard-work, self-honesty, dedication and integrity.
